L134 worth keeping in a CJ3A? | Jeep Enthusiast Forums Geezer's i just got an education of Hand Crank starting of flathead engines, when this thread was all about IF an L134 Willys engine will accomodate 35-inch tires My 02 cents is YES, with the proper gearing the L134 engine will accommodate 35's
Hurricane F134 Driveability - ECJ5 With 33" tires you are effectively adding OD If you don't really need 33's, something along 31" would be a more user friendly choice 235 85 16 is close to a 7 50 16 size tire which is a touch bigger than a stock size tire and it will really make a difference in handling
33s on a stock Willys? - Jeep Gladiator Forum It's a Sport Max Tow with 33's on it It handles fine but rides like a 3 4 ton truck The MPG is trash too, though its probably because I am always either city driving, or am cruising at 80 on the interstate into a head wind it seems Still love it though
How big???? 33? | Old Willys Forum Guys I have a 59 cj3b I am new to the willys world Will I be able to clear 33 inch skinny tires with a 3 inch lift? I do not have rims yet so I am open
Advice on 33s on stock Willys JL wheels - JLwranglerforums. com Last month, I replaced the stock tires with General Grabber 275 70 r18s They measure just slightly over 33" in diameter No issues at all They look like they're perfect match on my 2 door Should work but RUbicon takeoffs would be a better fit at 285 70 17 on the stock wheels By better fit do you mean more clearance?
Putting 33s on my Willys - Jeep Wrangler Forum If you just want 33" diameter, then 255 80-17 is the easiest thing to do I just put on a set of KM2s in this size I have 285 70 17 tires on my stock rims and they fit fine with no wheel spacers I do have a 2" budget spacer lift so I never have any rubbing issues 285 size tire you could be fine without spacers
