High idle problem - Ford Mustang Forums Having an issue with my cars idle rpms When I am driving and shift to neutral and come to a stop it will idle at around 2000 rpms until im stopped for a few seconds Then it idles down to normal It wont idle down if car is in neutral and still rolling Has to be completely stopped to idle
