Trip in April May : r OlympicNationalPark - Reddit Olympic - Hurricane Ridge is going to be mostly snow The Hurricane Ridge visitor center will likely be staffed and open for warming, but probably won't have concessions The view is great and you can definitely climb up the snowy hills for fun but there isn't much hiking at that time of year

Hoh vs. Quinault Rainforest? : r OlympicNationalPark - Reddit Headed to Olympic next week to do some day hiking I'll be staying in Olympia, and we have 2 days in the park: one of which will be spent at the beaches, and the other in the rainforests It'll be my first time visiting Olympic, so I was wondering if I could get some help choosing which rainforest to visit
Talk to me about early june crowds : r OlympicNationalPark - Reddit Tip: If it's a good day, once in the park use the pull out just before the tunnels, you will get a great view of Port Angeles, the ocean, and Mt Baker Also the visitor center burned down last year, and they have minimum facilities, the road to where it was has been blocked and it's about a 1 mile walk to that area, you can still access trails
First time visiting.
