Converting flat bar into drop bars-----what do I need? I understand the appeal of a drop bar- I have a cx bike for road gravel use - but a narrow-ish flat bar with some comfy bar ends and TOGS might do the same thing An alt-bar from Jones or Surly could be nice as well

Carbon-fiber paste on your handlebar - Mountain Bike Reviews Forum I have a torque key I use for anything on my carbon handlebar, except for stuff with super light torque values (I've some TOGS that specify less than 2Nm, which is super light) I use that same torque key on my seat collar binder (it's a QR lever, but has a real bolt on one end, so I can actually give it a specific torque) since the dropper
