Lees Fatigue Scale (LFS) - University at Buffalo A visual analogue scale to evaluate fatigue severity (LFS) was developed by Lee, et al (1991) Original Lee's fatigue scale was modified from a 100 mm visual analogue scale format to 0-10 numeric rating scale (NRS) to assess fatigue and energy (Miaskowski Lee, 1999)
