Smoking a Ham on a UDS? | THE BBQ BRETHREN FORUMS I want o smoke a Ham so for those of you that have smoked a Ham on a UDS, I have a few questions 1 Do you put the Ham in a pan while smoking it? 2 Do you put a pan below it with juice in it? 3 If no pan, then should i put a diffuser below it? Help with uds rack spacing | THE BBQ BRETHREN FORUMS Yes you have it figured out right I find 7" will clear most pork butts You can cook 3 on the top rack easily I space my racks 7" apart On my latest UDS I used shelf supports so I can adjust them easily Cooking on multiple racks is a bit of a challenge but is doable
