Solved: Webmail: stuck in a login loop - BT Community Re: Webmail: stuck in a login loop I went through to Tech Support Chat this evening and eventually solved the issue Downloading Chrome (rather than using Edge) allowed me to log into the webmail accounts (and I could log into webmail on Chrome on my mobile)

Solved: Slow login to BT Email - BT Community I have had very slow login to my BT Email for several months - it can take up to 30 minutes I can often speed things up by hitting refresh when the BT square logo is showing I think - but am not certain - that the problem started with the new login procedure to Mail and MyBT PC with Windows 10 us
