aurum    音標拼音: ['ɔrəm]
n. 金

Gold \Gold\ (g[=o]ld), n. [AS. gold; akin to D. goud, OS. & G.
gold, Icel. gull, Sw. & Dan. guld, Goth. gul[thorn], Russ. &
OSlav. zlato; prob. akin to E. yellow. [root]49, 234. See
{Yellow}, and cf. {Gild}, v. t.]
[1913 Webster]
1. (Chem.) A metallic element of atomic number 79,
constituting the most precious metal used as a common
commercial medium of exchange. It has a characteristic
yellow color, is one of the heaviest substances known
(specific gravity 19.32), is soft, and very malleable and
ductile. It is quite unalterable by heat (melting point
1064.4[deg] C), moisture, and most corrosive agents, and
therefore well suited for its use in coin and jewelry.
Symbol Au ({Aurum}). Atomic weight 196.97.
[1913 Webster]

Note: Native gold contains usually eight to ten per cent of
silver, but often much more. As the amount of silver
increases, the color becomes whiter and the specific
gravity lower. Gold is very widely disseminated, as in
the sands of many rivers, but in very small quantity.
It usually occurs in quartz veins (gold quartz), in
slate and metamorphic rocks, or in sand and alluvial
soil, resulting from the disintegration of such rocks.
It also occurs associated with other metallic
substances, as in auriferous pyrites, and is combined
with tellurium in the minerals petzite, calaverite,
sylvanite, etc. Pure gold is too soft for ordinary use,
and is hardened by alloying with silver and copper, the
latter giving a characteristic reddish tinge. [See
{Carat}.] Gold also finds use in gold foil, in the
pigment purple of Cassius, and in the chloride, which
is used as a toning agent in photography.
[1913 Webster]

2. Money; riches; wealth.
[1913 Webster]

For me, the gold of France did not seduce. --Shak.
[1913 Webster]

3. A yellow color, like that of the metal; as, a flower
tipped with gold.
[1913 Webster]

4. Figuratively, something precious or pure; as, hearts of
gold. --Shak.
[1913 Webster]

  • Excalidraw, free and selfhostable diagram-drawing in the . . . - Reddit
Svelte is a radical new approach to building user interfaces Whereas traditional frameworks like React and Vue do the bulk of their work in the browser, Svelte shifts that work into a compile step that happens when you build your app
  • Any self-hosted alternative to draw. io or excalidraw?
I am in search of a Draw io or Excalidraw that I can self-host I tried WBO, it's fine but looks more like drawn in Paint Are there close alternatives? P S - Diagram net is possible to self host but my server is too weak to handle it P S - Solution was to use nextcloud apps that has both excalidraw and draw io integration Thanks all for the
  • Self hosted web-based diagram maker? : r selfhosted
You can run various backends with it pretty easily I maintain the Diagrams net package for Sandstorm io, if you want a Google Drive-esque self-hosted platform which stores the diagrams and everything in the same interface, though it's a fairly heavy platform if you intend to only run a single app with it
  • Excalidraw self host : r selfhosted - Reddit
A place to share, discuss, discover, assist with, gain assistance for, and critique self-hosted alternatives to our favorite web apps, web services, and online tools
  • Network map drawing examples and editing software? : r selfhosted - Reddit
I've been using both drawthe net use yaml which is easier to read and version in something like github or gitlab draw io as more icons, is a bit easier to use and the fact that you can edit your diagram in Nextcloud is a big plus I'd suggest drawing your network layer by layer Starting with the physical part is the easiest way to begin
  • Possible to Self-host Draw. io? : r homelab - Reddit
Really liking draw io for network diagrams and such Wondering if its possible to self-host it on Proxmox as a VM CT? Not looking to have external access to it, just on my LAN It looks like NextCloud may have an addon extension to add draw io to it, but is there a more direct way to self-host it? Not finding much on self-hosting it directly
  • Does anyone know the tool used to make this diagram?
I did use BookStack in the past It's also pretty awesome (using draw io as diagram integration instead of Excalidraw) but ultimately, I found the flexible tree structure for notes that Trilum offers to be more practical than BookStacks rigid page chapter structure Although BookStack does look prettier
  • How to integrate diagrams. net draw. io with self-hosted GitLab
The Application ID needs to go to draw io conf file as window DRAWIO_GITLAB_ID; In the same config set window DRAWIO_GITLAB_URL to your gitlab instance, like https: gitlab company com; The secret token from gitlab is not required If you run your self-hosted draw io in docker, you can pass the configuration as env vars
  • Any stand-alone Whiteboard Drawing Self-Hosted solutions?
Ideally though I'm looking for a self-hosted version of FlockDraw as Draw is a little too simplistic than what I'm hoping to find I'm outfitting a site with collaborative tools and this is the last one I need
  • Self Hosted Diagram making Tool : r selfhosted
Not necessarily but depends I guess I personally wouldn't self host or see the point of it if the page is calling something like Google or cdn urls Also draw io has a page footer which shows its branding, if you look into the code they've added analytics If you try to remove the footer then the site won't load That's what I found anyway
