How are you paying Lumpers? Cash, check, credit card? You can get free blank EFS or comdata checks from any truckstop or as somebody said the lumper service may not even need a paper check and do it all electronically Alternatively many lumpers will accept payment from your personal credit card A few still accept cash but most don't and are moving away from accepting it

My experience in Primes lease program so far. - TruckersReport Now what I will say is the $47k number is inflated, because of things like lumper fees, tolls, and so on What happens is when I have to pay a lumper for instance, Prime advances me to money I pay the lumper then its charged to me in my settlement

The carrier may pay the lumper directly, but that is charged back to the shipper; if you're a driver and you pay a lumper directly, you get it back from your company, or you should, and your company goes back to the shipper for it However with big accounts, a carrier may accomodate a shipper by covering unload fees
Lumper???? - TruckersReport A lumper is a person (usually a guy, although I have seen a few women doing it) contracted with the receiving company to legally fleece you for everything you own to unload product that the receiver wants off your truck
