Rosary \Ro"sa*ry\, n.; pl. {Rosaries}. [LL. rosarium a string of
beads, L. rosarium a place planted with roses, rosa a rose:
cf. F. rosaire. See {Rose}.]
1. A bed of roses, or place where roses grow. "Thick rosaries
