Unlike Outlook, native iOS mail app apparently doesn't support Shared Mailboxes That person does have a license for her own User Mailbox, but she needed to also use that Shared Mailbox I contacted Microsoft, and they enabled login password for just that one Shared Mailbox to make it work with iOS If any licenses were broken, Microsoft broke it, not me YMMV
