I would look into onshape It is a good 3D modeling software and is cloud base so you can access it anywhere caps look pretty basic in shape, I would say 10 min or less for modeling if you have all the dimensions from the original part Need help, you can send me all the dimensions and can model model them for you if you can’t figure out onshape
