Louisville Restaurants Forum • View topic - fondant I have worked with Agave Nectar in several recipes It is an invert sugar that can be purchased at Whole Foods You may still have a problem with the Bees drowning in the nectar, but I believe it is organic You mentioned that the bees were getting their nectar from the honeysuckle, agave is much thicker and they may need less to work with
Louisville Restaurants Forum • View topic - Pomegranates A nice way to use pomegranate is to infuse vodka with it You basically want to place all the seeds in a container, then fill that container with just enough vodka to cover them Refridgerate for 2- 4 weeks and then discard the seeds You can now use it however you want- in a cocktail, a flambe, or an interesting take on penne a la vodka The options are endless
