Flirt \Flirt\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Flirted}; p. pr. & vb. n.

1. To throw with a jerk or quick effort; to fling suddenly;
as, they flirt water in each other's faces; he flirted a
glove, or a handkerchief.
