Adoption Process - Freedom Hearts Animal Rescue When it comes to meeting our cats, because we are a foster-based rescue, our cats reside in the homes of our fosters However, cats that are able to do attend our adoption events, held about twice monthly at the PetSmart in Retail Commons in Martinsburg, WV
Adoptable Animals - Freedom Hearts Animal Rescue Because Freedom Hearts operates as a foster home-based rescue, we can organize meet-n-greets for approved applicants on a case-by-case basis We are not able to offer this for unapproved adopters Therefore, if you’re interested in adopting one of our foster cats, the first step is to complete our Adoption Application in its entirety
